Insurance Appraisals

Stated Value vs. Agreed Value Insurance
Stated Value Coverage allows you to list a value for your vehicle, but that amount may not be what the insurance company pays if the vehicle is totaled. Depending on the policy language, the insurer may settle the claim based on Actual Cash Value (ACV) or another valuation method.
Agreed Value Coverage establishes the vehicle's value when the policy is written. You and the insurance company agree on the insured value in advance, often using a professional appraisal. If the vehicle is a covered total loss, the agreed value is the amount paid, subject to the policy's terms and deductible.
The key difference: Stated Value does not guarantee the amount shown on the policy, while Agreed Value establishes the vehicle's insured value before a loss occurs.
Our certified replacement value appraisals are nationally accepted by most insurance companies.
